The Kitsap Harbor Festival is the opening of the summer boating season and the Marina fills up with boaters, Tall Ships, and the Historic Tug Comanche in Port Orchard or Bremerton. The festival draws boaters and visitors from outlying communities to partake in the various activities.

Pizza Pedal and Run

Pizza Pedal and Run is a 10-100 mile bike ride throughout Kitsap County. In addition, a 5K bridge to bridge walk/run will be included in this event. The start and finish line  for the 5K will be at the Olympic College,  Walk/runners will have pizza and beer available to them at the end of the 5 and the bikers will have rest stops at local pizza businesses throughout the county.

Roots Rock Trail Running Doppler 50K

This will be the third year of this race. Bring your own aid and water, there will be a chance for a drop bag at mile 23, water probably only at mile 7. There is approx. 5,800 feet of climbing, with an option to make it a 20 miler.
